Follow the story of Operation Market Garden across the landscapes where the battle unfolded. From the landing zones near Wolfheze to Oosterbeek, Hartenstein and the bridge at Arnhem, this private journey combines the larger history with the personal stories behind it.
Camp Westerbork
We visit the former transit camp grounds, culminating in reflection at the 102,000 Stones monument. The experience explores life at the camp and the fate of more than 100,000 Jews during the war, with an optional visit to a nearby WWII hiding site if time allows.

Absolutely. Every guest is different. Some visitors are interested in World War II, others in family history, Dutch culture, genealogy or specific military units. Before the day, we discuss your interests so I can prepare a journey tailored to you.
Where do journeys start?
Most journeys begin with pickup from your hotel or accommodation. Depending on the itinerary, I can collect you from Amsterdam or other locations within the Netherlands. Some journeys start in Brussels, Maastricht or even London.
Are journeys suitable for people with little knowledge of history?
Yes. Some guests have spent years studying the subject, while others are visiting a location for the first time. The journeys are adapted to your level of knowledge and interests, making them enjoyable for both enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
How long are the journeys?
Most journeys are full-day experiences, but shorter and multi-day itineraries are also possible. Whether you have a few hours, a single day or several days available, we can create a journey that fits your schedule.
